I receive "no matching private/secret key found" when I want to decrypt or sign messages.
But I definitely have the correct private and public key as I checked, using th long-key-id.
How can this issue be resolved?

Yes, my correct key is set, everything was fine yesterday.
Seems like its a common problem after the upgrade ( https://www.enigmail.net/support/gnupg2_issues.php )

This patch extends the save/restore profile function so that it saves the
contents of pgpRules.xml too. When restoring a saved profile all existing
per-recipient rules are _deleted_ and replaced with the ones in the saved
profile.
