right, i think the problem you're running into is that "forward as
attachment" means both "include original attachments" and "forward the
message as I received it".

You're saying "i'd like to not forward it as i received it, because the
new recipient won't be able to read it".

right?

So i think you're asking for a new type of forwarding "forward as
attachment but re-encrypted to new recipient" -- is that right?

I think that makes sense as a request, but i should warn you that it
might be a lot of work to implement.  Patrick can speak to that better,
though.
