here's a patch which makes ecore_x_window_prop_layer_set() work with
NetWM window managers, too.
I've simplified the usage for this function:
It can put a window always-on-top, always-below and it can restore the
default state. IMHO, if you need to put a window into one of the other
spec

POSE emulator. Something wierd is going on with focus, when using POSE,
