Attached is a fairly small and simple patch to evas for
adding "rounded rectangles". This is just on top of the usual
evas rectangle object.
The new api calls are just:

I have the subject module working on my destop. It behaves itself
pretty well except that the current date does not update automatically
as the day changes. If I go thru a disable-enable cycle the current
date advances is then correct.

I am having difficulties creating an icon for an app that Ive opened as
a normal user. The icons usually are located in a place like
/usr/share/pixmaps which is owned by root. As you can imagine one is
not able to path there to choose an icon in the editor.
