One question about not calling elm_mod_shutdown in elm.c (in
edje_externals).
I've tested with elementary_test and I checked elm_mod_init is called when
initiating.
But elm_mode_shutdown was not called when elementary_test is terminated.

It looks like a FEATURE :)
It's been very long since it was not working on IE.
I reported this long ago but it's still there.
Just scroll down to the bottom when you use IE, contents are placed at
the bottom.
If I have time, I'd like to review html.
