we used to have a 2 server setup for this but after many many many years... it
didnt prove to be that useful,
Considering this now happens frequently enough to disrupt continuous
integration, why not stop some services and CI builds in order to see if
that avoids the issue? CI or other things, I don't have a complete view
of what's running on the servers.

Enlightenment server is over capacity
That puts it at under 24 hrs since this happened last, i'd probably put
that in the category of needing urgent attention
