On the subject of XDMCP support for entrance, I am looking at how xdm
does it, and it seems the logical way. How much structure/code can we
reasonably pinch from them (both under licensing restrictions and
people's sensibilities), or do we have
1. What does it mean zooming in/out twice doubles/halves the scale
factor? Usually i need to scale faces up or down to fit screen. My
vote for AutoCAD mousewheel behaviour.
I was trying to think of a concise way to say that the zoom factor is
approximately sqrt(2) and is multiplicative, so
With the new patches submitted for Entice, I finally got it to compile
without error. All I can say is... WOW!!! It was worth the wait. ;)

One question: how do you load new files from within
Any comments?
One feature request only: it could probably wait until e17 if you don't
have the time or can't be bothered implementing it (I know I can't).
It would be nice if, when focus-follows-pointer is enabled, mousing over
any icon in the iconbox gave keyboard focus to the program the icon
to conflict heavily with the next update.
