Is there a reason why the clouseau wrapper no longer works? Surely that
functionality could have been kept to avoid cases like this...

Anyway, I pushed a patch to not have to enable the clouseau debugging from elm
config. So
Obviously, it should have README and INSTALL.
I have no idea how to use clouseau atm. It has been changed a lot.
When I try it in local, i just say "Connection refused" whatever root
process or not.
Other entry options I can tr doesn't work neither

Yes I know I found the online wiki stuff eventually but the source doesn't
even have a readme or anything to point quickly to that which is the first
place most will look just after finishing installing it from that very
source.
