Yeah, same thing. I tried the tarball too and all I got was the following message:
checking for XOpenDisplay in -lX11... no
ERROR: You need libX11 to build Epplets. Verify that you have libX11.a or
libX11.so installed and that it is located in the X libraries
directory shown
Well, I used xev (good idea!) in order to see if the windows-keys were
being recognized.
When I pressed the left windows-key I had following output:
KeyPress event, serial 26, synthetic NO, window 0x141,
root 0x2c, subw 0x142, time 553607421, (58,43), root:(720,96),
state 0x0

I would like to know if there is a way to disable the first screen when I start enlightenment, the one that says... "Enlightenment starting.0%...100% etc." . if yes, please tell me where can I find this option.
