Easy way..
Easy wayHold the alt key and left click on the epplet...the window menu
should come up. Select remember... Then deselect the restart on login
option.

look into the
"...e_session-XX.snapshots.0" file in the .enlightenment directory. there should
be an item for every epplet or app you have something remembered.
