(~/.enlightenment/themes/23Ozglass/CONFIG)
it states the following:
copy sticky_toolbar/buttons-STICK.cfg to ../buttons/buttons.cfg.
I would look in the file located, at least on my install, in the:
(~/.enlightenment/themes/23Ozglass/buttons)

I recently resurrected a Toshiba Satellite 315CDS with Mandrake 9.1. I
have given it a total of 96MB of RAM (EDO 66Mhz) and a 12GB hard drive.
It is running some crappy mobile no-name video chip that does 1024x768
with 16-bit color (65,000 colors).
I can run KDE 3.1 though it runs like
