I run ./configure, with a suggested option (--with-lib=/usr/lib/libpng.so), and
configure says that:

hi,
I want to get the current CPU usage in percent like the epplet E-CPU.
I was told, that this is located in /proc/stats but it shows me
different % as e-cpu.
Is there another way to get the current cpu usage ?
