There's this really weird bug with Virtual Desktops and sliding.
When there are any windows on the screen, the sliding is ungodly slow,
nothing like the settings at all. It's probably trying to redraw the
windows while sliding or something.

thirdly, where do I put the keybindings.cfg file in the .e16 directory
so it's used? putting it in the share/e16 folder everytime E is
installed is bad karma!
