Is there a way to remap what happens when you move the scrollwheel on
the desktop?
By default it's set to change between multiple desktops, but I want to
make it switch virtual desktops. I'm trying out a "portrait"
multiple/virtual desktop alignment, with my virtuals vertically aligned,
and so
I am trying to write an e17 theme but I cant get an image to be tiled. I hope
someone has an idea. thanks in advance.

when i use ctrl+f1 and use the keyboard to move around and go to a sub
menu it works but when the mouse is uncluttered the main menu gets
always selected ?

I have a maximised eterm and if i do for example ls | more it shows me
the list in a small part of the eterm window. When i first do this

...
Until i reach the bottom of the screen, ls | more uses the hole eterm window.

I use e17 on a nvidia twinview two screen setup (one vid card with two

I don't think this is specific to E16, but X. There is the 'unclutter'
app that just can do what you want. Here is the Debian Sid description:
