Jaime Thomas sent me this directly and it worked;
Restore mouse and wheel binding defaults. Mixer seems to add some that
block this.

Hi,
I updated E17 from CVS and for no reason I can find, my mouse wheel no
longer scrolls the contents of windows (like firefox for example) up and
down. I have looked at mouse bindings but there does not appear to be
any scroll function. Any ideas anyone?
