We are considering writing a new module to Emotion, to use (lib)vlc
rendering engine.
I was wondering if nobody else was working on such a module ?
Is there any foreseable issue that may prevent such a thing to work ?

Okay, I guess I wasn't too clear...
I don't have any problems actually setting Entrance to run as my
Display Manager. That's easy enough to do.
Mandriva uses the dm.d service to manage WMs.
