I have focus-follows-mouse
I have the same problem, sometimes, but only on maximized Windows (i've just
noticed that on Firefox).
It occurs when changing desktop to the one where the maximized window is,
the window gets no focus and i need to hit Alt+Tab to type on it (but mouse
interaction still works).

Some time ago my desktop icons disappeared. I had to start with a
clean config to get them back. Now I have icons on my desktop but I
can't move them ( if I drag a icon it comes back to it's previous
position). How can I tell e17 that I want my desktop icons to be
positioned manually?
