[e-users] Scaling Options Reseting Each E Restart

Anyone else finding their scaling value defaulted back to 1.0 each time E restarts? When I go into the scaling settings the last value I left it at is still set, but I need to move the slide (up or down) at least one place and hit apply again for scaling to take effect. This just happening for me?
