it's needed because its a core feature and i dont want to put any ifdefs

I have following arrangement:
- background-less elm window
- X window ID of the above window is passed
to the GStreamer, which renders video frames on it
- edje layout is loaded in that window, and that layout
has parts (containing PNG images), whose position is being adjusted
