I restarted enlightenment desktop after building from svn (r78203) this

I am observing strange things happening.
1. My IBox, Shelves disappeared. Key bindings no longer worked. I tried
restarting a couple of times with same effect.
2. I restarted the PC, login to e desktop, Module choosin
I'm looking to start coding an Enlightenment text editor with the aim to extent
it to a PovRay IDE.
I've found a few simple examples by Rayman but was hoping for something more
like a real program, not just an all-in-one file example.
I saw one called eedit but it seems to have gone missing.
