Have heard great reviews of the Enlightment project and its libraries.
Wanted to try building from scratch in the MinGW/msys environment.
I noticed the libraries were listed here:

However, the link to Evil 1.7.1 failed when I clicked it. I did check
the directory and
I am running elibs 1.7.1 and E17 77927 in producction environment and works
very well, Debian Sid, Lenovo E420, fglrx-driver.
With 1.7.0 can't use composite and have several troubles compiling
elementary, but was my first compiled version of E17, i always used Debian
compilations, with 1.7.1 I
