Not sure what you mean by power options. I thought you were talking about suspend to disk. That's there. I believe it works, though I don't use it myself. You do see that option in the System menu, don't you? If it doesn't work, then it's probably because your enlightenment_sys isn't set SUID

Menu icons disappeared after the newest e18 tarball release. Icon sets are available in xfce. Deleted all previous install bits, deleted .e, recompiled. With the default e18 desktop I have desktop icons. When I go to settings, look, theme selector, icons there are none showing. Many gtk themes,

Hi William. I find E18 to be more stable than E17, so I'd recommend you stick with that. As for crashes, are you talking about WM crashes, where you're prompted to hit F1 to restart? Or are you talking about Linux kernel crashes? In which case, it could be the video driver responsible. When
