I've got Gtk3 ( 3.12.2 ) that supports client-side decorations ( or
whatever it's called ... gtk draws the window bar and close button ). gedit
is an app that makes use of this. I've noticed that when I go to drag it up
towards the top of the screen ( which has a shelf ), I get drag resist

is empty. That's why I tried re-installing hicolor-icon-themes. But without
any luck.
