Welp. Solved that, but I found something interesting.
If you set up the Key Binding with Caps Lock on, you're stuck with it.

check your .xsession-errors. I have a version from a couple of days and
sometimes I get that file full of 'SLEEP' things. Restarting E
(ctrl+alt+end) does the trick to me
