[e-users] Disabling centering of mouse when tabbing between applications

Hi, this is my first post to the list and I'm afraid my question might be a bit stupid. Nevertheless, I find it quite annoying when I tab between open applications in one workspace using alt+tab, the mouse is centered in the current application. How I can I disable this feature? I'm pretty sure
