I had the weather module enabled for a while. It is disabled now, but the
dropshadow that goes with it stays on all desktops.

Anything i can do to fix that other than getting rid of ~/.e ?
ed my distros packages
for autoconf and m4 and got the original gnu packages and compiled them from
source but keep getting the same error. can anybody help?

I looked at the file but can't see anything wrong with it.
Is this a problem with my autoconf or do other people here experience the same

hi just a minor thing.
I can load all modules except for the start module. i load it from the
dialog and it doesn't give any errors but it just doesn't appear on the
desktop.

i rememer on an older install of e17 to be able to view images with
exhibit from the file manager. now it only gives me that option to edit
with gimp. how can i get exhibit back in that menu?

actually emblem and entangle both return "command not found" from the terminal
morlenxus script installes e17 into /opt/e17 ,which i then put in my path.

everything worked fine. comparing his building order to raster's
pictures seems odd however.
but it works anyways.
the only concern now is, i used to have emblem and entangle in the
main menu under "configurations" those are gone.

i think this problem is already fixed in cvs by now.
it was just a mistake in e17/apps/e/configure.in
line 137 change the first word in that line from ERROR to WARN and it
will work. but public cvs should be ok.
