I've found the cause of it, language e_Modules is using old path of
xfree86.xml rules for X keyboard layouts. If I make a symlink to it from
my Xorg 7.3 it detects the language. Anyway it's not much help because
it doesn't do anything regarding my kboard layout, it remains the same
as set by setxkb
Problem confirmed with language module! (using gentoo overlay ebuild
that does a CVS checkout and build.)
