Eterm fonts are really ugly in Ubuntu 8 (64). (very rastery)
Using the exact same theme/fonts in Suse looks perfectly fine.
I vaguley remember having to do something to the X font server config to
make everything happy.
Anyone have a clue?

Use a different theme for the pager.
Open the theme configuration panel and highlight 'pager' in the left column and
then highlight 'default' in the theme column. Hit apply and then restart E.

used to have its own icon making it

used to be able to make e17 use a different icon based on window name instead of
