All good points, and I definitely agree that having a flat access
structure is very nice.
Perhaps we can keep it even if we use a CMS? Worth looking into.
But, here are some arguments FOR a CMS:
1. We except articles to be written not by devs, but by users. I.E.
People who are not technical enoug
The only reason for php would be that a number of the devs are
familiar with it, so if we need to write our own integration pieces,
it might be easier.
But the server is ours and we can install anything on it.. so PHP is
not a hard restriction.

There is a way to see all the themes that apply to enlightenment.
If you go into the enlightenment app
http://exchange.enlightenment.org/application/show/4
and scroll down, it shows a list of themes that apply to it.
Of course, it shows any theme that applies, not "complete" themes, so
it catches b

For themes, you get a lot more information, that could be useful
depending on what you are looking for..
for example, if you dont like the look of your shelf and want to try
