Many of the buttons in my enlightenment settings are greyed out, meaning I
cannot customise most of the desktop. Some examples of greyed out buttons
are:
Settings/Settings panel/apps/favorite applications/add
Settings/Settings panel/apps/startup applications/add

I've been running Enlightenment 0.16.999.0 for the last few months on

New e17 user here, installed on OpenSUSE from the following repo:

I have set the power settings in e17 to suspend the machine but when it
tries to suspend I get an e17 dialog reading "Suspend failed".
Any tips
