Devilhorns just found out that it was not working for single card, now
fixed in
Ok, new release, probably the last one before adding it to
e17/apps/e/src/modules/mixer
changes:
- dummy engine will provide fake card/channel, this will make it
appear as a dummy gadget always at 0,0 and mute, better than silently
ignoring.

Anyway, I reverted my commit. To keep history clean, I rewrote the
history and if you "git-pull" it will not work as the HEAD pointer
changed. But this is good because
