If I understand correctly the logic used in E the parameter should be a
decimal value where 0 is the lowes
xrandr --prop shows:
BACKLIGHT: 97
range: (0, 937)
Backlight: 97
range: (0, 937)
That being said, no matter what backlight adjust value I enter (-10, -100,
100, 10) it only seems to go up or two by a single point value.

In e17 when triggering a backlight up/down call from keybindings there is a
sizable, noticeable change in the current backlight setting. This is not
the case with the current E19 from git. I have to trigger the keybindings a
dozen or more times before I see any change.
Is this by design or a bug?
