Yes, I had exactly the same problem (and the problem hasn't change with E16.7). When Scribus starts, some dialogs window appears, but they shouldn't exist for scribus (i.e. in "Tools" menu, they are all unchecked) nor for E (they don't appear in the 'wl' command of eesh). These windows are thus u
