In buttons/buttons.cfg I wrote

__NAME ICONBAR_MYETERM
__ICLASS ICONBAR_MYETERM
__ACLASS ICONBAR_MY
Button stacking is broken in E16.7.1 (probably E16.6 too).
It should be fixed in E16.7.2 (current CVS).
