ok, the folks at get-e.org assume that you have installed the theme as
a user and the files are in ~/.e/e/modules// . To actualy use
the themes you need to either over write the edj file that is made
when you do make install or make use of enlightenment_remote

I have engage installed as root.
Do I have to install as normal user to use this edj theme?

Nope.
I can even switch themes from Blue-eyed and back
to Blue-eyed and the engage module will disappear and
reappear.

How come?
With the current code, not generally. The OP asks how to configure

Hi all,
Time again for another noob-question (I'm seriously thinking about making a E17
noob website in the future where questions like this one can be answered, but
anyway):
Is there a way (yet :-) to make the module version of Engage:

launched?
If this is already enabled, then how can I make it work and work all the time?

Go to 'Edit Mode' and increase the height of the module, you'll see the
icons... :)
I had the same problem and struggled alot to get the icons,
the engage module is loaded and enabled but..
icons do not appear but text appears when mousing over it. the out line
shows up in edit mode.
BTW, the source from CVS does not have a working 'make uninstall'

I figured out how to change the theme without recompiling the whole
thing (/usr/share/engage/theme/module.edj)
New question: The engage module starts as a 0x0 and doesn't adjust in
size unless I edit-resize. It then works perfectly until I close all of
the apps within it at that point it resets
did you try upgrading engage???
