Hello, Few days ago Tiago committed to SVN the new theme called efenniht, as seen in http://www.mail-archive.com/enlightenment-de...@lists.sourceforge.net/msg26126.html
Tiago is now working on Efenniht theme for Elementary and things should become more usable next week. However people still use lots of Gtk/Qt software, like browsers, office suite, media players and so on. If you happen to know some Gtk/Qt theme maker, like the one that did the gtk b_and_w (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=95680), then you could try to help by doing that with the images in SVN under THEMES/efenniht.
