it is. You need to have comp ("Composite" in the modules menu) and
comp-scale ("Scale Windows") modules enabled and then create an edge
binding for the scaling feature (unless one is set by default, I don't
remember that).

Well, a few snags.
I managed to set things up so that I can switch from one window to the
next, as suggested by the first responder. It works as far as I can see,
but what I'd love to see all my windows at once on the screen, and then
click on one to select it.
Tiling confuses me. I've loaded t
You need the compositing and comp-scale modules loaded. Then you want to
trigger 'scale windows' - this will give you the desired effect.

you need to trigger the action you desire, so bind it to a keyboard, mouse, or
edge binding in configuration->input.
There are some more settings in Settings > Look > Composite Scale
Windows, esp. the one whether to show iconified windows or not might
help.
