Hi all, this is my first post here :)
I've a problem installing new themes. I've followed so many howto but no
one seems to work. I'd put themes under ~/.e/e/themes and many other
folders but nothing, i can't change theme on Enlightenment.
Could someone help me?

Note that the path you stated there is for e17, not e16...
also worthy of note here is that e17 does not require a restart after
adding a theme, whereas e16 does.
