ׁHi, these errors comming from old Ecore headers, laying in /opt/e17/include/ Now, ecore need to use headers in /opt/e17/include/ecore-1, so rename (or delete) old ones, and it should fix your errors. Thanks, Dan 2010/11/5 Jackson > Yeah, perhaps that would have been the easy solution. :) > >

It worked like a dream--also fixed some broken bits that had been annoying me for a while (tclock is small, but without it, I'm lost!). Thanks Mysth-R and Raster! For the record, I did a quick remove of the following dirs: ./e17_src (as installed by easy_e17.sh. I had already tried removing this

Hi, I just have this problem few days ago. Please, clean and uninstall all your previous e17 packages, and it should be ok. Cheers, Mysth-R 2010/11/4 Carsten Haitzler > On Wed, 3 Nov 2010 19:01:08 -0500 Jackson > said: > > oh sorry - missed the easy_e.sh (it's easy_e17.sh from memory tho). >

Yes all the e libs are coming from svn via the easy-e17 script. Everything else is Ubuntu repositories. It is possible that the upgrade is a red herring, but I had successfully compiled e17 from svn (easy script again) less than a week before upgrade and have not been able to recompile it since.

Howdy y'all. I recently upgraded my ubuntu system to maverick, and since that time I have been uable to build the e package itself (I'm using easy_e.sh) All the libs install without a problem (even e_dbus, and the libdbus-dev packages are installed). Here's the output, I thought someone else her
