I want to make windows maximize vertically when I click with the second
mouse button on the maximize icon in the left up corner.
I made some tries with the settings panel but I didn't managed it.
Any clue?

There is no UI to do that. Years ago I recall that being possible with
enlightenment_remote, but I don't know if it was ported to DBus.
Raster may know more about it.
As a last resource, one can edit e.src and compile with eet to e.cfg
and use that.
