hi! After updating E17 using aptitude (on ubuntu), my mouse wheel doesnt work anymore. I checked my X11 configuration but it seems all fine. I tested diffrent windowmanagers, but E17 is the only WM there my mousewheel does not work. This problem exists since 2 or 3 months, i where just thinkig "n

hi all, i updated my e17 today with the current cvs and since then my mouse wheel isnt working anymore. it makes no difference if i use my synaptics touchpad or an usb mouse with a real wheel. xev shows no button 4/5 events while using the wheel. everything is working fine in gnome. tobi --

Do you mean that the extra buttons don't work in, say, Firefox, or that using the wheel dosn't switch desktops but still scrolls the page in Firefox? If the latter, then do `enlightenment_remote -binding-mouse-list` to see what mouse buttons are currently registered for doing WM-level stuff, and if

The strangest thing has happened. I upgraded from SuSE 9.2 to 9.3 (xfree to xorg). My MS intellimouse USB 1.1a Optical (7 buttons) used to have all 7 buttons in 9.2, but in 9.3 I can get only 5 (right/left/middle/wheel). And even worse, I only get 3 in e17 (no wheel). But in e16, the wheel wor

I am noticing bad behaviour when using the mouse wheel in Enlightenment. There is major delay in scrolling windows and it also seems to cause weirdness that is not easy to describe. Like pasting to random windows! Moving the focus of the mouse does not help. Is this a known problem? Gary ---
