I've been changing the termcap entry for xterm and it looks like I found
something. When the dl and DL entries are removed it redraws fine:
dl=\E[M
DL=\E[%dM
Here is the xterm and vt-generic entries:

vs|xterm|xterm-color|vs100|xterm t

I started using terminology a bit, but hit a pretty big problem when
editing a text file that I don't know how to solve. When a line is
deleted, and it seems to be the lines between 1 and 10, then it doesn't
