So if I'm understanding this correctly, a Firefox ESR update failed and
then offered a download URL to the regular version of Firefox.
There should have been an incremental update to Firefox ESR. I'm not sure
what's happening.
I'm seeing if I can recreate.

I've tried to pre-settings for users the settings of a WebExtensions
(indeed, this:

) but i've discovered that there's no such settings in about:config,
and so i don't know how to set via .js files and Pref();
