Subject: EOS Old Agfa APX200S documentation

In the context of these new Agfa near-IR films, I provided someone by
private mail with the URL to the documentation about the old
APX200S....which seems to have vanished from the Agfa site (no 'APX'
found with their on-site search function either), but thank god I was
able to retrieve it through http://web.archive.org, one of the most
valuable sites (I rate it only second to Google):

oducts/pdf/APX200S.pdf

Haven't checked whether this old APX200S indeed matches the
new/current AviPhot Pan 200S.

Note that the above site (one step back, see below) suggests that it
was only online between April and August 2003....can anyone remember
the actual sale situation back then, and confirm this with the stock
situation?
I recall having chatted with Agfa guys on the PhotoKina, which must
have been quite a bit before that....even 2002 sounds later than what
I have in mind....2000?

Bye,

Willem-Jan Markerink

There is a headline on dpreview, http://www.dpreview.com/, entitled 'Agfa Near The End'. It seems that the company will cease operations at the end of the year, after using up its existing stock.

Cheers

Keith
