Does anyone know if Tokina AF 24-200mm f/3.5-5.6 AT-X 242AF lens will work

I've read somewhere that it has some compatibility problems, is that right?
Thank you in advance,

Henry,
Probably we should expect more from Canon rather from $225.00.
It's time for Canon to stand for its brand at any price range.
Yes, there is tremendous difference between $80 and $1,500 but built quality
difference should be less. I don't demand optical performance.
I am a "Canonist" but I h

Hi all,
I just received my EF 28-105 USM II, Hood and protect filter.
First roll is not finished yet, so no comments on the lens, yet.
But, the filter I bought is Tiffen UV Protector WIDE ANGLE filter, which has
no front thread, so I can't put lens cap on. Doh!
What should I do? Should I put on fi

Hi all,
Probably what I'm going to ask will be wierd but it bugs me for whole month.
What makes ppl to buy EOS equipment? For example in my case my friend,
professional photographer, persuaded me to buy it.
Honestly, I don't know what would be my choice if not him.
I wonder how would you advertise
Hi ppl,
Sorry for off topic,
Gena, whatever you say about B&H it will remain as a best shopping source on
the web. I bought some EOS [to keep it closer to topic] equipment and used
my non-American based bankcard from here, from Georgia (Caucasus). I ordered
in-US delivery to my cousin's address. I
10x for comments on the lens.
This really a sharp lens. I'm glad with it.
What I've noticed is that this lens is very fast. I don't have
super-high-tech nuclear chronometer installed in my brain so I can't find
any speed difference between my fiends f/1.4 USM, or 24-85 USM or any other
USM lens an

I have couple of questions to ask (I'm sure You've discussed it before, so
sorry for bothering):
1. At which large aperture I will get sharpest pictures? Someon

Hello everyone,
Sorry if this is an off topic message.
I'm planning to visit Austria (Vienna and Innsbruck) next month and buy
lenses and accessories there. Here in Georgia (Caucasus) they are not
available, even if, they are for triple price.
Lenses are: 28-70 L f/2.8 and 70-200 L f/2.8.
