Can someone tell me the guide #'s when the 420EX is set to high sync speed mode with a Elan IIE or Elan 7 (I assume they are both the same?) I assume anything over 1/500 or 1/750 would cut the guide # drastically, but how effecitve is at 1/250 or 1/350? Any info would be much appreciated. TIA,
