OK, they're not fantastic, and they're quite small (not to mention APS ISO 800), but these were the best shots out of 280, so I'm pretty pleased that I got some! It didn't help that it was very overcast on all three days - which meant that the two rolls of ISO800 that I brought along were gone pretty quickly, and that most of my 400 photos were blurry. That should also explain the low contrast. First-time using the 75-300 IS too... and first-time with a monopod.
