ago that version with next is bigger than version without next [1]
therefore we should find a way that the el8 version be greater than the
el8.next version.

The build error is probably because qbittorrent 4.6.0 is the first version that
requires rb_libtorrent 2.0.9, as can be seen here:

rb_libtorrent is at 2.0.8 in EPEL9, so it will need to be updated first.
