Could the bug 337016 be tagged with +1 from a PMC member so that it can be
added to the exclude list of the API freeze check ?

One way or another that method is going away (either removed or adding
@noreference). It currently has @noreference which I find a little odd.
Please update the exclude list. We will sort out the final decision in the
bug report. Thanks.

String, String) has been added since 3.4M6. It is located in the bundle
