Which command did you run? Please try adding the
`-Pbuild-individual-bundles` flag, it's supposed to help resolving remotely
some artifacts that are usually built at the same time.

I was hoping to make some changes to
features/org.eclipse.equinox.executable.feature/library/eclipse.c in
the rt.equinox.framework and try them out. I'm failing to even run the
tests though: executing `mvn test` in the root of the repository fails
